Refunds

As per our Terms of Use, we do not offer refunds.

If there are exceptional circumstances relating to the refund request, or if it's due to a problem with the application itself, please contact us at support@trilyo.com.

Please be aware that the following are not exceptions:

  • Monthly plans that have been left active but not used.
  • Monthly plans, where the intention was to cancel the plan prior to the next billing cycle, but this date was missed.
  • Subscribers in a higher pricing tier wishing to downgrade during a billing cycle.
  • Unused credits of Email/SMSs.
